Water Supply : welcoming journalists from Niger

Journalists from Niger came to visit Vergnet Hydro to talk about drinking water supply systems in October 2015.

Water supply : the French Ministry for Foreign Affairs and International Development invited a delegation of Nigerian journalists to discover French companies in order to support our economic diplomacy by highlighting the French know-how.

It is within this context that Vergnet Hydro welcomed :

• Mr. Illa Kané, Publication Director for the newspaper La Griffe, President of the Nigerian network of journalists for environment
• Mr. Sani Aboubacar, journalist at l’Evénement;
• Mr. Yahaya Garba, journalist at La Roue de l’histoire;
• M. Assane Soumana, Managing Director at Le Sahel (public newspaper) ;
• M. Mahamane Hadi Mahamane Nagodi, journalist, Technical Advisor of General Manager of ONEP (National Office of Press Editions).

Etienne DECHERF (Sales Director) and Cyril KOHLER (Area Sales Manager) presented Vergnet Hydro’s activities (manual pumps and drinking water supply systems) worldwide and in Niger more specifically.
